Terms of Service

The service

Abacadabra is operated by Eric Dong and currently provides account registration, sign-in, and private note saving, viewing, downloading and deletion. Research discovery and AI analysis are not currently provided. These terms apply to your use of abacadabra.xyz. Contact: dongshaolicheng@gmail.com.

Your account

Use an email address or Google account you control, keep your login credentials secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Use the service only where you are legally able to accept these terms. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Your notes

You retain ownership of your content. You permit us and our service providers to store, process and display it only as needed to operate the service for you. Only submit content you have the right to use. Guest drafts are not saved; registered users must explicitly save their notes. Keep your own copies of important work.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, malicious code, unauthorized access or interference with other users or infrastructure. We may restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to address abuse or protect the service.

Availability and account closure

This early version is currently free. Features may change and outages may occur; uninterrupted service and permanent storage are not guaranteed. Any future paid offering will be presented separately before you incur charges. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion by email. Where practical, we will give notice of significant service discontinuation so you can download your notes.

Privacy, responsibility and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how account information and notes are handled. You remain responsible for how you use your notes and for verifying information you rely on. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Updates will appear here with a revised date; significant changes will be brought to your attention. Contact us with questions or concerns.
